the forth day having band practice.
cheek muscles and tongue damn shag; and therefore, couldn't play.
not that normally i can play veri well.

anyways, i think i have cheek/mouth abs.

like when i do the buzzing embochure, i can see these two dent-ins at the side of my lips.
